Vintage Inspired Multicultural Wedding in Palisades, NY

In all my years in the wedding world, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a love quite like Sulome and Jeremy’s. The couple’s relationship was chronicled in various news articles, making an impact for their respective Jewish and Arab backgrounds. Cultural expectations were no match for their love, and the couple finally tied the knot in a Great Gatsby meets Steampunk celebration. From the wedding planner and designer, Jove Meyer Events: The bride did not want a classic wedding, she told me she wanted me to create a steampunk meets Great Gatsby style party so that is just what I did! I selected a lot of vintage furniture cutlery and glasses. I contrasted the bold pieces with large, lush blooms complimented with dark metal vessels. When it came to music we had a horns band play cocktail hour and they set the tone!
