French Garden Inspired Wedding Editorial

Anything beautiful is bound to always catch our eye and that happens quite often over here. Anything French-inspired and beautiful is, without a doubt, going to be something we fall for and as a clear example, this Ben Q Photography wedding editorial is it. It’s inundated with soft, gauzy colors reminiscent of the French countryside, a divine dress, and a personal favorite, those sweet loaves of French bread that are so simple yet so perfect. Kudos to The Southern Table and Events by Kristin for this spectacle. Take us to France already!

From the event and floral designer, The Southern TableInspired by the rolling lavender fields of Provence, we chose a soft, serene palette of pale purples, greys, with pops of peach. The Southern Table combined garden roses, sweet pea, trailing clematis with heuchera leaves, lavender, and bearded irises in organic cement pots for an earthy, yet elegant feel. They paired these loose, organic arrangements with gold trimmed scalloped dinnerware and sleek gold flatware to create this elevated garden look.

Have you spotted the “bread” trend in weddings? We love the idea of couples taking handheld loaves of bread like these French bread loaves or croissants and adding them at each guest’s place setting. It’s a cozy gesture and it’s a fun alternative to just handing them a roll of bread during dinner.
